Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Crabtree Valley

We had an amazing experience working with Zaynab for our “Rooted in Love” event. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated her support in helping us bring our vision to life. The ballroom was beautiful and perfectly suited for our event, and Zaynab went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up just right. Her kindness, responsiveness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you again, Zaynab, for your outstanding service. We’re grateful for everything you did and would highly recommend working with you.

I am a long time diamond level Hilton Honors member. I have stayed at 100+ Hilton properties. This is probably the worst Hilton I have encountered. The curb appeal is very good and when you first enter the large lobby and roaring fireplace create a pleasant atmosphere. Outdoor patio and pool area looked very nice. The experience is downhill from this point. There were no baggage carts available for the entirety of our four day stay. The lobby elevators were out of service, and looked quite sketchy with temporary controls mounted to wood 2x4's. The single available elevator was rickey, but serviceable. The common areas are badly in need of an upgrade or at least significant maintenance. Windows were dirty and smeared. Dirty towels piled in hallways. Carpet is rough. The room was okay, excep

Positive: We had to be switched rooms because the shower didn’t work and a lot of big stains on the carpet. The appliances and furniture was very dated and had a stale stitch to the space. The staff and attendant was extremely kind and helpful, though. Negative: The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking.

Although the staff is kind and the location is fine as it’s close to the mall, they’ve got to work on making improvements. There are literally stains everywhere. With it being a Hilton, we’ve actually been a little shocked. Just to list off a few, bleach stains are all up/down the hallways and dark or water stains on the ceilings, walls, elevator floors, room floor, etc. Additionally, though the room appeared to be somewhat clean at first glance, we realized our shower had hair all over it and a nasty floor that very obviously couldn’t have been cleaned (pictured). Our room and the hallway smelled like marijuana. Lastly, the toilet randomly got stopped up and wouldn’t flush, so I had to call the front desk. I asked for a plunger to try to fix it and they said they were going to try to find

I stayed here with ncsu, I just have to mention the Sales Coordinator who helped us. She was honestly one of the most polite and kind people I’ve met and I travel a lot. She made everything so easy for our group and was always professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but her hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference in our stay.
