Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue

I had a pretty good stay. It wasn't great, there were some issues but over all I enjoyed my stay. I wanted to point out the young man who worked the front desk, Musa. He was great to speak with and very helpful. When I checked in on Sunday there was a wait for rooms due to housekeeping and some guest were angry. Musa was extremely professional in handling the situation considering what he was dealing with. Hilton, he's a good one.

Social Wednesday nights are awesome! Chantta is super helpful and kind. It’s a great way to meet other people in the hotel. Food is fresh and delicious. I partly want to keep this to myself but that wouldn’t be helpful to give the much needed kudos to the people who work here. They’re all awesome.

Positive: The staff was courteous and the service was right on hand. Negative: I asked for a asked for an accessible bathroom because the person that with me is in a wheelchair. I registered for a accessible bathroom but did not get one. The shower was walk in but had no set and you had to step over a to get in the shower.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported throughout my visit, offering help with anything I needed. The room itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, creating a relaxing environment from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and stress-free experience.

I’ve been put up here for over a month from our insurance. We were in an apartment fire and going through a LOT during the holidays. We were really struggling and depressed. But the warmth and kindness of the staff here has really been so amazing. They took their time to recognize and remember us. They are always so kind every time I see them and have warm welcomes every time. Also so HELPFUL any time I needed anything. If I ever needed to stay somewhere I would hope it would be here with this staff. I want to shout them all out and I apologize if I am missing anyone. Kayla (my fellow swiftie!), Marquisha, Musa, TJ and India from the front desk. Nadiva, Dee, Bruce and George. Our housekeeper Lucia! And the brightest smile every morning from Channta! They turned our horrible experience aro
