Customer Reviews
Staff was very accommodating with an early check in and late checkout, and can even store luggage. Breakfast was included and decent for hotel quality. Appreciated the all day coffee, tea, cocoa! Rooms were spacious! Not too far from Bourbon street but in a more city area with less foot traffic. Great area if you plan on visiting the Aquarium or WW2 museum
Excellent hotel. We had a two bedroom two bath suite which was perfect for our family of six. The location is excellent. The breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious. They even had Chia pudding with oat milk.
I don't have many complaints about this hotel, but my biggest one is that there are no ice machines. From the most basic motels to the nicest resorts, I have never come across one with no ice machine. I was honestly blown away by that. They have bags of ice for sale, but I went to Rouses instead just on principle lol. I understand that the refrigerators in the suites have ice makers, but I turned it on and two hours later there were five ice cubes. Listen here, Homewood Suites!! You need to get ice machines. Period. End of story. My only other complaints are minor. The water pressure in the shower was poor and I was in the midst of a shower when I realized that the shampoo was completely empty. I had to wash my hair with body wash, which dries your hair out like nobody's business. Housekee
This was a wonderful stay. We booked a 2 queen w/ sofa sleeper suite and not only was it clean, it was friendly staff, great size rooms, a very large & beautiful breakfast. I would definitely stay again!
Some good and some not so good here. The staff is amazing! Everyone is really nice. The room is older, it needs some repair work. The dishes were put away VERY, VERY dirty, the room didn't have dishwasher detergent, so I had to go ask for it, and the cleaning crew didn't come until later in the day, by that time we were back, and tired, so we just grabbed towels and a garbage bag. Already ran out of the body wash, so it wasn't filled before we came. The breakfast is pretty good for hotel breakfast, with more than a couple of choices. I wouldn't say don't stay here, but I would say be proactive in what you need and when, so your room has the supplies it needs. If I was to stay here again, I'd check everything as soon as we got here and ask for what we need right away. The location is p
