Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The College of Charleston Women’s Tennis team spent our spring break here, and it could not have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Joseph at the front desk, he always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Whether we needed help with anything for the team or just had a quick question, he handled it with such positivity and professionalism. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We truly felt at home during our stay and are so grateful for the hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back!

Although this hotel was quite busy during our stay, we were very well taken care of and all of our needs and requests were met by either Michelle, Virginia, or Taylor at the front desk. We found the hotel, along with our room, to be clean and our bed was very comfortable. Each morning the breakfast was tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday evening social hour. You have to have your key card to enter the hotel and I felt safe there, however, we are older and we were not out late at night so I can’t speak for any late night safety concerns there. If you are older, or have mobility issues, I would request a room near the elevator as this hotel is pretty good size. The red streetcar line has a stop right outside the front. St. Louis Cemetery #1 is located behind the hotel. This

I'm glad I chose this hotel for my visit! My bedroom was clean with comfortable beds. The staff was so hospitable and warm, especially Michelle at the front desk and Housekeeping Manager Danite. There was a young African American man there too at the front desk that made my stay more enjoyable. He was adorable, kind & funny! The food during breakfast and the social hour was awesome! I loved the food & wine and was quite surprised to see gumbo (delish), salad, & sweet lemonade. My stay was well worth the price and the location was great. Plus, I appreciate that no one could access the building's front doors or rooms/floors without a keycard. Thanks for keeping me safe. I'll be back!

Positive: The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us. They gave us good advice about the area, and the kitchen accommodated my food allergies to the best of their ability. The kitchen even made my eggs separately to help me avoid allergens. Negative: The prices for the next trip we have planned to come down. We would stay more often if the price didn’t fluctuate so much, but we understand.

Walkable to bourbon street but away from the noise. Good spacious rooms with kitchenettes and essentials. Loved our stay here. Note: valet parking only and cost 45$ per day but great service if you ask me. Breakfast was also good , better than most Hilton hotels. Highly recommend for the budget travelers looking to stay near bourbon street. Also has a pool btw.
