This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst Hilton stays I’ve ever had. I stayed over 150 nights with Hilton last year, and this property stands out—in a bad way. The hotel is actively under construction, yet this is not clearly communicated, and it shows everywhere. The property felt run-down and poorly maintained, cleanliness was below standard, and several areas appeared partially boarded up. The pool was not usable, and overall the hotel felt neglected. Breakfast was extremely poor, which is especially disappointing for a Homewood Suites, where breakfast is supposed to be a step above other Hilton brands. This was easily one of the worst “free breakfasts” I’ve experienced. While the location might look decent on paper—next to a mall—it comes with serious downsides. It is adjace

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel (11/14–11/17) was disappointing from start to finish. First, there was no hot water on the first night, so we couldn’t even shower. For the rest of the stay, the water was only lukewarm at best — still not comfortable for showering. We reported the issue, but nothing changed. On top of that, the elevator was out of service during the whole time we stayed, and we were told to carry all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Not exactly the welcome you expect from a hotel. The room itself also had problems. The towel handle kept falling off every time we touched it. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was a long hair stuck on the wall, the bathtub had stains and looked worn. Even breakfast wasn’t relaxing. The woman preparing

Don’t believe the deceptive pictures in the listing… this place is a total dump and should not be allowed to call itself a Homewood Suites. The Hilton company should be embarrassed by this property. ||Sure, the lobby looks nice—they usually do. But that’s where “average” ends and reality takes over. Check-in staff was okay, but not overly friendly or helpful. The layout of the hotel is super confusing—from the lobby, you have to walk through the breakfast area and past the pool entrance down a very uninviting hallway to get to the outdated and half-broken elevator. ||Our first room was disgusting and looked as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years—windows that were so cloudy you could hardly see out of them (not to mention that even if you COULD see out of them, th

My experience with this hotel was far below expectations. I had prepaid for my stay in advance so that checkout would be quick and I’d be locked into that price. However, when I checked out, the hotel had no record of my prepayment and charged me again for the same night. Despite showing proof and speaking with the manager, they refused to issue a refund and blamed a lack of communication with Hilton Honors. This resulted in me spending over an hour at checkout going back and forth trying to resolve something that should have never happened. Eventually, Hilton Honors had to step in, apologize, and process the refund themselves. The hotel’s customer service was horrible and unprofessional throughout the entire situation. Needless to say, I will never use the prepaid option again — and I w

Ok ya know what I was going to be nice since you are remodeling however, no notice that breakfast is elsewhere and not the breakfast nook is unsat. I get your doing a reno. Proper communication is key. Slip a paper under the door that says sorry for the inconvenience breakfast from these days to these days will be over there etc... Not even signs the day before in the breakfast nook notifying us so we could prepare food the night before if we didn't want to go over to the other place. Next gripe... Hot water went out more times than when I was on deployment. Never thought I'd have to have Hygiene body wipes for a hotel stay. But alas, one can only take so many cold showers after coming in from working all day in the cold.
