Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston NW at Beltway 8

My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. Our room had several cleanliness issues from the moment we arrived. The carpet looked extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been washed in a long time. The bathroom and shower area were also not properly cleaned. Additionally, for a property that offers suites, it's unacceptable that only one set of three bath towels is provided. We stayed for three nights, and after the second night, we did not receive any Housekeeping service at all. When we returned late that evening, I went to request a set of sheets for the sofa bed. The front desk agent was polite, but she told me she only had towels available and couldn’t offer any other solution. I asked if I could get the sheets myself since she mentioned she couldn’t leave the desk. After getting

Stayed here to attend the Texas Renaissance Festival. Really appreciated how roomy the suites were! We had 4 people in 3 beds (including sofa bed) in a suite and loved having the full kitchen. We felt like the photos were pretty accurate. Everything was clean and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it was free and warm. Free parking is nice. Overall would stay again

Amazing hotel to stay in. I stay in a lot of these smaller hotels and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. In part because the staff is so friendly and attentive. They have all the amenities you could need. I felt like I was at home by the third day. Will definitely be back. PS I worked in hotels when I was younger for 20 years so I come from the voice of experience. Kudos to the staff.

Hilton Gold Member/Hilton Amex Cardholder. This review isn’t a reflection of the staff, the staff was great. The review is on the room options across the board. ALL of their rooms have the bathroom sink OUTSIDE of the bathroom with NO DOOR! Reminded me of a motel 6. I hated the lack of privacy so much. I definitely would not stay here again. Be sure to look at the room photos beforehand and make sure you’re okay with the bathroom situation. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton that didn’t have another option to offer. Now I feel like I have to call ahead at every future Hilton to make sure I ask if the bathroom sink area has a door. Super annoying but nonetheless. Just don’t stay here.

service i received when i walked in… the receptionist, who’s name i did not get but was pregnant, literally yelled at me! i was in such a state of shock that i didn’t even think to get her name or ask for a manager, all i did was sit down, cancel my reservation, and booked another hotel. i just can’t stand such an awful attitude and horrible treatment
