Homewood Suites by Hilton Greensboro

We stayed for a night and really appreciated the wonderful customer service. What stood out the most was their fantastic breakfast—we loved the delicious food, and they even served steamed rice! The setup was charming. Overall, it was a delightfull stay!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay this weekend. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel offered daily breakfast with a nice variety of options, which was great to have available each morning for those who wanted it. I also witnessed a staff member go above and beyond for another guest whose reservation hadn’t actually been booked by their travel agent as expected. Even though the hotel was full due to a large event in the area, the staff member took the time to help locate a room for them at another hotel. That level of care and dedication really stood out to me. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was absolutely lovely. The room was in decent condition—but there was a bit of wear and tear throughout, noticeable from the moment I approached the door. LOVED how spacious the suite was, with separate living and sleeping spaces. GREAT for families! The toilet was clogged, with toilet paper visible in the bowl upon our arrival, so that wasn’t my favorite thing. The “engineer” took quite a long time to arrive, and then acted gruff. Perhaps it was his load?!? I don’t know. My only other slight complaint were the bfast hours (6am-9am). Extending bfast hours until 10am would have been helpful, especially on New Year’s Day. Oh, and why are we paying for parking?!? This is not a big city? Parking should be FREE!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The first floor where I stayed was dingy and not appealing. My room had spills on the furniture, blood spatter on the ceiling, a dirty vent, no ice maker in the freezer (the hotel doesn’t have ice machines), and poor customer service

I was impressed by the cleanliness, arrangement and condition of room. The furniture may be slightly dated, but it serves its purpose and was comfortable. The lobby was very nice and I love the fireplace. The breakfast was fresh, hot and contained the most diversity I’ve seen! The attendants were all friendly and helpful. And even though the location was near the airport, I never heard an airplane.
