Homewood Suites by Hilton Durango, CO

Our room had an issue from a prior guest. The manager was very efficient and switched out our room, we lost a bit of sleep but all was good. The staff are very caring and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The location is good and breakfast was good.

For the price point we paid, we were a little disappointed. The bed was not comfortable, in fact I could feel the springs in the bed which really surprised me for a Hilton Homewood Suites. The room was spacious, shower had good water pressure. I always bring my own shampoo/conditioner and soap but husband said one of them was empty in the shower. Breakfast was just okay, typical hotel free breakfast. Staff was friendly and efficient

Staff was very professional. Loved the social that included cheese and salad bar, with wine and beer. And the breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable bed. Would Devi recommend this hotel, and would stay there again!

This hotel is great. We are Platinum IHG, but the IHG properties in Durango have poor ratings so we stayed at Homewood Suites. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Literally, I don't care about anything but the cleanliness of a hotel room! The front desk, Alexandra, was great and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Thanks so much.

Stayed here for five nights and had a pleasant overall experience. From the check-in process to the cleanliness of the room, everything was well taken care of. Light housekeeping was done daily, and the room itself was spacious and inviting. There are just two small areas where improvements could be made. First, a shower cap was not available in the room and I had to go downstairs to request one. Second, as a Hilton Honors Gold member, the complimentary water was not provided at check-in and I had to return to the front desk to ask for it. Breakfast was decent each day, and cleanliness was consistently well maintained throughout the entire property.
