Adventure Inn Durango

This hotel is great. Will definitely stay here again. Hotel was awesome, great value and great location. But my review is for the staff, they went above and beyond for us. We were in town to ski. When we left I didn’t load our boots. 500$ boots x2! Realized when we got back to phx. The 2 guys I spoke with were understanding and more than happy to help. They over nighted our boots back to us safe and sound. If it matters to you to support small business that provides excellent service and value, this is the place.

It was perfect. Rooms were just as advertised. Love the interior. Our room was on the G floor so we could park right in front of our room. Location is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Adventure Inn Durango for our Polar Express Train weekend! The price was amazing for the value. My family of 10 booked 3 rooms and everything was very clean and well-kept. The attention to detail and care really made the experience great. For the price and the quality, it’s honestly hard to beat. Highly recommend to others. Thank you so much for the great stay!

It is so hard to travel with my disability. I need to contact many hotels, hosts...asking for cleaning practices. I know by law no one is required to do so but when a hotel (only twice this has happened in 10 years ) refuses to help you with just this basic info it is like banning you from staying over because with no info, no booking. I understand you front desk might not know or needs to contact housekeeping of the answer is not going to be good but I was yelled and treated so bad on the phone for just asking a simple question: what is the laundry detergent used for sheets/towels?" No more questions or comments. If you are allergic to scents/chemical fragrances, save the time of contacting this property so you save yourself feeling down afterwards.

Room was very clean and cozy! The staff was remarkable, always smiling and offering a lending hand. Hot tub could of been hotter yet enjoyable.
