Homewood Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs North USAFA

We had a family emergency and needed to check in earlier after being discharged from children’s hospital. After being turned away by another location Chris was so kind and accommodating to my family. He went above and beyond to get us settled and made sure we felt welcome and like we could just get much needed rest. Definitely will be back to this Hilton location

WOW! If you want to be impressed by excellent customer service and extraordinary acts of kindness, Lexi and J at the Homewood Suites in Colorado Springs NORTH, have got you covered and them some. Lexi is just a ball of light, warmth, professionalism, and kindness. She will literally make you feel more welcome than anyone at any hotel you have ever visited. Whatever they pay her, they need to double it. I will return just to see her. And J! She is the daytime manager, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriend and me. I cannot say enough good things about the team. This is the only place I will stay when I am in town.

Always love Homewood Suites; unfortunately, this one is a bit discombobulated. Rooms do NOT have pull out couches as advertised...only some rooms. So bit of a project trying to locate room with pull-out. They oversold, requiring one family to move from 2 double beds to a king room. That doesn't always work for folks with kids. Breakfast is horrible. Zero protein and apparently failed to ensure shipment was available/on time to continue operations. If you're into sloppy oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and waffles...you're set. If prefer healthy food and some protein, pack a breakfast. And my understanding, is evening social/happy hour is so longer. Good location. Tasteful recent renovation. Just poorly run.

This hotel was phenomenal! The room was fabulous, location is perfect! There is an incredible shopping plaza just down the street with lots of places to eat, beautiful Mountain View’s from all sides, not to mention a staff there that’s out of this world. They were like family to me. I moved to Colorado Springs from Florida for work and had an Airbnb booked in advance which turned into a nightmare. I chose Homewood Suites and never left. I stayed there for 4 months by choice. Never looking for another Airbnb because I loved it so much. I would still be there had I not been transferred to Denver for work. They take pride in their hotel, the way they treat their guests, and each other. Thank you to each and everyone of you for everything you did for me. I will always be grateful to you.
