I really wanted to give this a hire rating. Our stay was from 3/6-3/8. The 24/hr hotel parking was MORE than the 12-24 parking at the mall. The rooms were okay. The bathtub had this weird spiked bottom that made my baby I cry I had to take him in the shower with me every other time.then the website says the pool is heated and I fear it’s not? Or it was broken? Also there’s no steps to get into the pool only ladders which is awful for parents of small children ( the reason we stayed here) the breakfast was pretty decent! But all and all I couldn’t rate it higher than a 3. Fairly disappointed. With the hotel itself but it is a great location!
The hotel room was nice but slightly dated. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast team did a great job with the food and service. Always was asked how I was doing and got a polite hello from everyone. Rooms are extremely quiet. We were next to a room with a dog that barked when anyone walked by. We could never hear the dog when in our room.
I’ve stayed at this Homewood Suites at least 6 times. The location and proximity to things to do is exceptional. Lots of good restaurants nearby, 2 movie theatres, a real theatre, high-end shopping and plenty of cultural opportunities. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the staff is warm and welcoming. They appreciate you as a guest. A clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. Tip the staff. They aim to please.
Great place to stay for the price. Note the first floor is to use valet service or to take elevator to 6th floor (lobby for check in). Valet is $72/night (optional) either gets charged to card for incidentals or cash. Breakfast (continental) is free. My suite had a kitchen / fridge. The heater was a little loud at night but other than that no complaints. Service staff was great. There is a pool (4.5' deep) and small gym on the very top floor. Elevator gets used a lot so it is common to wait 3-5 min. I certainly recommend and would certainly come back again. Great views the higher you go.
The location was absolutely perfect. Although the facilities were a bit old- The kitchen faucet had a slight leak- they were well maintained, and it’s hard to find a place with a kitchen at this price. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and the staff were friendly.
