I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Annette green is such a lovely soul and kept me fed. I enjoyed our conversations. Brian was on top of it. Cater to all my needs and questions about Virginia. Let’s not forget Ryan’s awesome hospitality.

I was staying here based on an extended stay while my house was being worked on in February Friday. 13th, that evening, I realized that the bumps that I had on my arms, that I thought were hives were from bedbugs. I went to the front desk to let management know that I wanted another room. Because that is unacceptable, but they told me they didn't have any other rooms. And I would have to wait until the next day, so I left call the company that had placed me there to ask for me to be transferred. But they told me, I had to wait until the hotel sprayed. The room and sprayed all of my belongings. Because of the bed bugs. So when I went back to finally get my stuff because they said that the room had been sprayed, and so had my things. It was a lie. This property is outdated with old fashioned decor and furniture. Since this was a quick trip I could have easily dismissed the appearance if the room wasn’t so filthy. There was an odor in the room I cannot explain. The night stand on my side of the bed had ashes under the lamp. The table in the sitting area was filthy and chairs were stacked on the table. There was food left in the cabinet from a previous stay. The bathtub was clogged with water draining slowly when I showered. There were black spots on the very old pull out couch. As a hilton honors and HGVmax member I am seriously questioning my vacation ownership. This is the 2nd consecutive stay at a awful hilton property.

Totally unacceptable. BED BUGS , I am a HGV Owner and a Diamond member. In all honesty I will be writing to corporate in regards to my stay because it was totally unacceptable. As I’ve experienced the same as the other reviews. Dirty linens, dirty dishes in the cabinet. Nails coming through carpet sticking me in the foot as o exit the bathroom. Toilet constantly running and backed up. The first night the night agent told my wife it was nothing he can do and we had to wait until the next day when maintenance come in. Literally expected us to hold it until the next day. Jamie the manager is amazing he came in and moved us to another room immediately.
