Homewood Suites by Hilton Bel Air

One of my favorite hotel stops! Super clean hotel! Comfy beds! Big spacious room and friendly staff! I am very pregnant and traveling with my two kids and we all slept amazing the room was very cozy and not stuffy or dry well worth a stay and the hilton garden inn is directly across with a nice bar and resturant thankyou for a relaxing stay!

Positive: Kitchen Negative: Elevator was hot but an engineer said the hvac was being worked on.

A very lovely hotel located in a serene environment with 2 other hotels I think. Breakfast was wonderful, rooms clean, staff so excellent and friendly. I forgot my iPad in the room and didn’t remember till I got to Nee York. I called and they found it, a staff called Mr. Oliver Stephen sent it back to me in NYC. I would definitely go stay again and again anytime I’m in the area.❤️❤️❤️

I have stayed in many homewood suites and know what to expect. This property did not meet my expectations. The room was clean, but showed some wear and tear. For example, there was a shelf torn off the shower wall and not repaired. The breakfast did have a decent variety of items, but it seemed the staff was overwhelmed in keeping it stocked. They seem to only have 1 coffee pot, and once it is empty there is a good 10+ minute wait until the refill is provided. Not a big deal unless you are in a rush, or want to enjoy a cup of coffee with your meal. Finally, there was no drinking water in the Gym, the jug ran out and was not replaced. These are all minor nit picking complaints, but indicate a lack of management attention to detail.

While the front desk staff was amazing, the room…not so much. The room was in need of a serious makeover. Our TV did not work, the back of the chair in the living room was coming apart, the furniture was extremely worn and the room had garbage left in it from a prior guest. The hotel itself was nice but the room was horrible. I will definitely not be coming back here.
