Extended Stay America Suites- Baltimore - Bel Air - Aberdeen

No one informed us in advance that the facility was being remodeled. Lobby was chaotic for several days. Reserving a room in advance with a king-size bed turned into two queen beds. At one point, the front door was not accessible. We were told to use the back door, which was locked, as were the side doors. It also took several days after repeated requests to supply cookware. One of the “clean” towels provided had dark shoe prints on it when unfolded. Dirty towels had to be exchanged at front desk if/when someone was there. Two weeks without maid service is too long. We change our sheets every week when at home. There was a bug in the bed. There were several police vehicles out front when we came back to the hotel one evening. Positive: "" Negative: They have roaches they are also very invasive the fridge kept having complications kitchen sink kept clogging up dresser drawers kept derailing rooms were not in move in condition upon arrival. I just wouldn?t recommend anyone staying here breakfast sucks

Overall had a very pleasant visit here, I frequent this location. The renovations are amazing! The front desk staff are always very professional and polite, and eager to assist with any questions. Thank you for another pleasant stay!
