I had a great night’s stay. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The tv was huge. I’d stay here again. Conveniently located near the Cracker Barrel and a gas station.

My son and I stayed here for one night. The staff was so friendly, the place was super clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast was really good! The two negatives I'd have to say were the bed being uncomfortable and we didn't get the pack n play I reserved for like 20 mins after I got checked in and it was already almost 9pm. But overall it was a great stay!

The hotel was very dated and had a smell to it. The cleaner used in the rooms was borderline headache level. The breakfast was basic and had eggs from a plastic bag. They have a great location and friendly staff but other than that this hotel needs updating and investment in their customer experience.

The room was very comfortable That includes the bed. I was able to get a good nights rest after a long day. The breakfast was a real big treat and surprise very generous for an included breakfast staff very friendly very nice.

I cannot speak highly enough of Towanda McCoy at reception. Her professionalism and dedication are truly exceptional. Ms. McCoy efficiently managed a complex array of requests, transforming what began as a simple reservation into a seamless experience for all parties involved. She ensured that every need was thoroughly addressed and consistently exceeded expectations, including personally contacting me to confirm that all arrangements were in order prior to our arrival. She exemplifies the highest standards of service and commitment.
