Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air

Exercise room is nowhere near guest rooms. Only opens at 6 am. Front desk wouldn’t let me in earlier at 5 am. There was no reason for this whatsoever. When you’re traveling and trying to run a schedule the flexibility of where your staying is so important. Especially for your health. Very disappointing I got up an hour early to get a good workout in.

The young lady at the front desk was awesome! I came in one night, her and the bartender were dancing to music in their areas just elevating the atmosphere. Service was phenomenal for the entire stay. Definitely on my list of places to stay in the area for future business trips.

Positive: Clean Negative: Breakfast was not warm. Nothing was hot, not even the coffee.

I rarely 5 star a hotel, but this was nice. Location was great. Rooms are super clean with no visible flaws. Wifi setup was easy, that's important as someone who comes for business and fun. Had a silly issue getting the microwave opened after I cooked my food in it. The manager at front desk came up quickly himself to help figure out the issue. Also, just having a microwave in the room probably kicked it from 4 star to 5.

The hotel was really nice, and the service were professional. I DJd there for a 65th birthday party 70s theme. I wanna give a shout out to Brittany (Bartender) for everything she did. She put in a lot of effort and work making sure everyone was good. Thank you Cheryl for service at the front desk. And to the hotel chef, the food was good. I will be back to stay there again. 👍👍👍👍
