Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks while on vacation and honestly had a really pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and easy. Clarissa checked me in and was very welcoming and helpful right from the start. Throughout our stay, Belinda and Nate at the front desk were great as well. Anytime we stopped by, called, or had a question, they were friendly, patient, and made everything feel effortless. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast staff were wonderful overall, and Lee was especially helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed rather than rushed in the mornings. Housekeeping was also amazing. They were very attentive and always followed through on any requests we had, which we truly appreciated during a longe

Everything was great here. Suites are outstanding! Everything was clean beds very comfortable! Continental breakfast was amazing One of the kitchen staff a lady Named KV she was amazing, she was very personable with my. Family and me my kids loved her she really made us feel at home! We will definitely come back here! I loved it

I have been a Hilton member for years and for the first time ever I was refused a room. Been working in Asheville 7 days a week and just needed a place to stay. I booked a room with my app as always and I received a phone call saying my room was cancelled. I will of course cancel my diamond membership and everyone on my team have agree to never Stay in Hilton again. This was a very sorry way to treat people.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy, staff friendly. The complementary breakfast was the best I’ve had. The attendants really presented everything well. I enjoyed the breakfast burritos bar and all of the food was fresh.

Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Asheville area. The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and close to downtown and the Biltmore. 5 stars to the continental breakfast as well. There were breakfast tacos with carnitas (which were delicious) and various toppings. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I really appreciated the pre-packaged chia seed pudding and overnight oats made with oat milk. Overall, very impressed and high on the list of hotel experiences.
