My fiance and I have been staying here since December 8th. You plan on being here for at least another month or two. All of the employees from the front desk to the housekeeping have been absolutely wonderful. They are professional polite and accommodating. The laundry facilities and fitness room are great. It's a great place to stay!

Positive: The hotel seems to be brand new. Everything is clean and the rooms are a great size. I really liked the full sized refrigerator. We did a lot of day trips to the Finger Lakes and it was nice not having to haul our cooler with us. Negative: ""

Very modern looking. Clean and sleek. No restaurant, so be aware. Denny's right across the street with discount for staying here. Close to main small town. For Tesla drivers, supercharger a block away. Room was clean, no smells. Bed a little smaller than normal, but not an issue. I would stay here again.

The Hometown Suites is a really good value in Cortland. The hotel is clean, the rooms have a full-size fridge, sink and microwave. There’s an indoor pool in the center of the hotel. The beds are OK. If you stay here with the understanding that it’s not a Hilton or Marriott and you’re looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff at a really great price, then you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect value hotel! We had a great experience from the booking process where we booked a block of rooms with the manager Alison for our baseball team….right through our stay. The hotel and rooms were clean and recently renovated. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Anyone that has anything bad to say about this hotel is obviously expecting too much for what they want to pay!
