Lots of positives, lots of negatives. Insanely high ticket prices, especially the single day ones. Balance that with probably the best trails and lifts in the CNY area. But you're still paying as much or more as at real ski centers in VT or even at Gore. They justify it with silly things like rental upgrades (I don't rent so why would I pay more for a ticket when renters pay that). Lifts don't always run like chair 2. The lines are quick tho in general. If you have kids, they won't even slow the lift with their hands like many places do to get them on (chair 4). Parking lot is pretty bad. I've gotten a bad chair and the liftees shout stop the chair and all 3 can't hit the button and it takes my son out, and they take his skis off rather than help him stand up while he's laying in a slush

This is generally a charming, great little place to go when conditions are good, but maybe not a great place to go if you have very young children. My husband and I went there a couple of weeks ago with some friends. We brought our 9 month old baby with us, planning to have one person hang out with the baby in the lodge while one person skied and then switch off halfway through the day. I had a really hard time finding a place where I could sit while the baby slept on me — 95% of the seating is cafeteria-style seating (either those small round, backless chairs or benches attached to a table) in a very bright, large, bustling room. After 45 minutes of wondering around the lodge carrying a 20lb child, I finally find a dimly-lit side room with a couch and a swing! And they're not occupied! I

I had a great experience with the ski area staff. Nicole and Eli were very helpful, especially since the purchasing process can be a bit confusing with everything handled online. They took the time to listen, walked me through the details, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. I am very satisfied with the support I received!

Took the kids snow tubing. There were 120 people in line. We clocked it, they were able to do one run every 30 minutes. The lanes were not prepared before we got there. They were clearing them out while people were there. The kids had to pull themselves down the hill. Never hit 10 mph. Probably the biggest rip-off experience I've had at a resort.

Upon our arrival around 3:30, we waited about 3 hours for our room to be ready. We had to keep checking with the front desk, and several other families were also waiting. We spoke with the manager and she said holiday times run later, which is fine, but the front desk said people were checking in way earlier than us without issues. They suggested we bring our luggage in and wait in the lobby since it was 20 degrees outside. Waiting inside was fine, but after three hours it was completely unacceptable. We didn’t access our room until about 6:45 PM, and the two connecting rooms weren’t even ready so all 8 of us with all the luggage crammed in one room for another hour until they were done. Then we found out the waterpark closes at 7:00 PM, which is ridiculous for a resort. If check-in isn’t
