Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cortland

All staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool is warm and open long hours. Good quality breakfast with plenty of options, with excellent coffee, and served till 10am. Coffee and cookies are available in the lobby at all times. Checkout is at 12. Great visit, would recommend this place to anyone. I would have a hard time going anywhere else

We were fortunate to get a room here because there were no rooms available in Ithaca due to Cornell’s graduation weekend.|We were about 20 miles outside of Ithaca. The hotel personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was just adequate. It definitely needs a comfortable chair or small sofa.|The bed was uncomfortable because the sheets were loose. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the spacious, modern bathroom.

Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed felt like it needed to be replaced soon, but I did get a decent sleep. Breakfast choices were a little underwhelming. I prefer this hotel over the other choices when traveling to Cortland

The staff are friendly and helpful. Tyquon was a 20 out of 10, going far and beyond his duties to help me out after what was a harrowing drive south from a winter blizzard. I can't thank him enough for straightening out a wrong booking. His assistance and kindness will be remembered. I hope to come back again to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and I felt secure being there on my own. Merci beaucoup!
