That staff was great; unfortunately, their hands were tied by corporate. Let’s start with the automotive break-ins. I was there for a month. Over the course of that, my car and multiple others were broken into on 3 separate occasions. I heard the lady at the front desk talking to them and heard them refuse her request, for security on-site. Over the 3 separate occasions of break-ins, there were at least 10-15 vehicles that were hit. I counted 5 the first time and 5 the last. Not sure how many the second time. Not the staff's fault, their hands are tied, remember heads in beds. Every picture of this hotel is a lie. Our room was horrible: urine on the toilet seat, mold, dirt, broken bed, cockroaches, soiled chairs, refrigerator that would not get cold, elevator that is broken, doorway locked…people hanging out in other entrance smoking weed (with small children running around). Because we had traveled 9 hours, would thought it would be okay for one night. We got back from our conference around 11:30 pm the next night. There were drug deals going down in the parking lot. We were followed to our room but got into there safely. We started looking for another hotel. There was yelling and screaming up and down the hall. We heard banging and clanking. We realized that someone was trying to break into any room on our floor. We sat quietly as they tried our door

Positive: Not one thing.... Negative: Everything. I spent first 4 days cleaning all the sticky nicotine that was everywhere. Worst hotel stay ever

If i could give a rating of negative 5 i most definitely would. The place was absolutely filthy, roaches are all over the place, the rooms and the hotel itself is run down and unmaintenace. The shower rod was barely hanging on, electrical tape was used to hold it together, the walls were absolutely disgusting, the microwave was disgusting as if no one cleaned it. The LIGHTS went out and had no light whatsoever and on top of that no one was able to help. I had to buy my own cleaning supplied to BLEACH THE WHOLE ROOM and buy lysol to mask the odor left in and outside of the room. Trash was left outside in the hall and the stair way also had trash, the laundry room had trash. The stove was had crumbs all around I did not feel comfortable staying at all, I would not bring my kids or family or

The floors in the room were sticky, and absolutely filthy. The top of the refrigerator was covered in "food?" in various stages of decay. The shower pressure was almost nonexistent, and I couldn't take a bath because the overflow drain cover was missing 🙃 Now to the experience. My first night there (I paid a week in advance), some guy came busting thru the stairway door at the end of the hall. 2 ladies came out of their room, so as a man, I felt like I should be present too, for their safety.
