Positive: No loud traffic if you go to the back where the office is! Negative: I feel that the door Gap needs to be have a sweeper put on it and some foam on the side too much of a gap in the door is my only complaint

It's a cool hotel. But have a lot of improvements to do. First the hotel should be cheaper like 25$ cheap. Till they fix things up here. Something always wrong with the rooms. From the heat to the remote to the door. I couldn't even get in my room this morning. Had to play with the door till it decided to open smh. That's why the hotel should be cheaper than what it is. My remote bearly works. Cool hotel but got a lot of improvements to do.

Used needle fell on my head, hidden in the bar that holds the curtains. I pulled the curtains back and a used hypodermic needle fell on my head. Also 4 bullet holes in walls and door in my room. Visible mold in the shower. I told management about the needle, they were not concerned. The first two rooms they sent me to had broken tvs. The third had a needle and bullet holes. I have probably stayed in 50 hotel rooms in my life, never experienced anything like this, including staying in hotels with hourly rates. I went down the street to the closest super 8. Currently I am in a much nicer room, literally twice the size for $13 a night cheaper. No mold, working tv, no bullet holes, no needles. Renting a room at HomeTowne Studios could be a danger to your health. Unlike me, choose wisely. I sh

I stayed here last year and the staff was always very nice and the price was cheap for what I needed. I came back again because of that. I made reservations and found out there was no queen beds, Demi gave me a nice room to make up for it, but it was on the second floor and I had was going to be hard for me to get all my things up there. I asked her if I could have one downstairs and she was super friendly and said of course! She had no issues changing my rooms and was very kind. The room was super clean and smelled good. I'm pretty impressed how this place has improved in one year time since my last stay. Management is doing a great job and keep up the great work!
