I had the worst experience ever I had room 302 and when I say spiders. I mean spiders everywhere afraid to leave out the door because the spiders was having a family reunion outside my door. I even found a spider in one of my beds, the windows. Let's not forget the shower curtain was freaking disgusting as well as the curtains in the room. They have a nerve to want a $50 deposit this is absurd I truly want a refund. I wish I could give this place a zero because that what it truly deserves. This place needs to be closed down.

This place should be condemned. The place was filthy, I complained about the dirty floors and he came in and did a fast sweep. I went and bought my own pillow and sheets because I did not trust that the ones on the very uncomfortable bed were clean. The refrigerator freezer was filled with frost and in the middle of the night it started this awful noise that woke me up. The grounds are not kept up and the garbage bin in the back is overflowing with junk and the gate doesn't, Cant say anything nice about this place it was a last minute online decision because I was at a function at the navy base. SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. DO NOT STAY THERE. Red Roof in should be ashamed for being connected to this establishment.

When we booked this hotel, it didn’t say anything about the lobby closing at 7 PM and not having anybody to check you in afterwards. We had to find another hotel room for the night and when we came the following morning to check in for our second night, they said they canceled the reservation. But they still processed my payment and now we can’t get a hold of them to get a refund. Book this hotel with caution.

This was one of the grossest hotels I’ve been to. I’ve stayed at many red roof inns and it’s never been this bad. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. There were bugs EVERYWHERE both alive and squished to the tile floor and ceiling. It smelled wet and moldy. We tried to nap and decided we absolutely couldn’t even stay the night. We immediately packed up and left. Told our other friends who had reservation here to cancel and head back home. We drove from Detroit to here just to drive back after our event.

It was a nice, and clean room. Although lacked enough towels in the room, and the heating was not working, i was freezing all night. Besides that, it was nice, and quite.
