Manager and staff are good, hardworking people. I felt at home here and had a very comfortable, clean room in a quiet space. My family and I loved it here for the time that we stayed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels like home, is private and gives you direct access to Nashville, Broadway, and Opry Mills.

Positive: "" Negative: Staff was very rude and unaccommodating roaches in the bed refrigerator dirty no dishes. People hollering and running and bumping and jumping all night.

The Manager is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. He literally hates people. The rugs are disgusting. It's full of roaches. There's no breakfast n there's no elevators. They're liars. He needs to go back to wherever he's cuz he's from cuz he thinks women are beneath him like over there.

I want to give this review as a warning to others. I stayed here april 26-29th of 2024 and it was horrible. From the pictures it looks good but the place is actually very run down. My guy had requested a non smoking room but our "none smoking" room definitely was not what we were provided. It was so bad that he had issues breathing at nights. We couldn't even open the windows to get the smells out. In addition to that, I found hair in the bed, there were dogs and people fighting in the hallways at night and the walls are super thin.

This place is horrible, do not get trapped by their cost being low. I’d rather stay at expensive hotel and have good services than this one. First they don’t care about customers. They give room without enough toilets paper, they say non-smoking room but the smell inside was disgusting, last but not least they are not loyal, i paid the room and they say i get to put 50$ deposit, i did so but what is surprising is they don’t want to refund my 50$. I didn’t cause any mess, they themselves say that. Now they don’t pick up my call. If you really like yourself and your health this is not the right place for you.
