Roaches all over room, hotel has poor communication and has not resolved my refund request made over two weeks ago. The game is call Priceline but then refuse or drag their feet to do anything Priceline asks. After weeks of not picking up the phone finally someone picks up and then tells them to email someone. I’ve been playing this game for weeks, if I didn’t prepay 3 nights (big mistake) it wouldn’t have been worth my time to keep doing this. My suspicion is they do this to people about deposits as well.

Nice beautiful rooms luxury nice pool staff was very helpful with prices providing the room I wanted and the things I needed I stayed last time and it was awesome very nice people

My room had mold on the roof and a roach got into my room and my girlfriend got sick because of the mold but overall service was good

Im yet to receive my deposit, we walked in and walked right out! Hotel was disgusting, theres was roaches, trash stains all over the couches and beds it was filthy all around!! Do not recommend, i been trying to call for my deposit since im from out of town and im not surprised they dont answer.
