We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it felt cozy and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The home is beautiful and clean! This is a new home so they appreciated every feedback we offered. The lake in the backyard was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that view and being able to step outside and enjoy the calm water made the entire experience feel like a retreat. At night, the fireplace inside completely transformed the space. Sitting in the dark with the fireplace glowing made the home feel so warm and peaceful, and it was honestly one of our favorite parts of the stay. It created such a cozy atmosphere. There was no water at the hotel for several hours on arrival. Bathroom fan didn’t work, nor did the shower door. Coffee maker didn’t work. 😲 plugged it in in two separate locations still didn’t work. No signal on the tv. Talked with front desk. She claimed maintenance checked everything and everything was working fine. “You didn’t plug the coffee maker in. Everything is working fine.“ I went back to the room, coffee maker was still plugged in, TV still didn’t work, shower fan and door still not working. She either lied about maintenance or maintenance checked the wrong room. Hotel comped the pet fee but charged full price for the room. I could not be more disappointed in our stay.
