Home2 Suites by Hilton Waco

I’d definitely stay again. Came in for an overnight. Rooms were spacious, staff was nice, communal area clean. Has a decent gym, outdoor gas fire pit, and outdoor pool (pool closed for winter season). Love the kitchen area in the room (large fridge, dishes, dishwasher. My only reason for 4 starts is most of the bathroom was clean, but that shower needs a deep clean. A little Tilex would go a long way for the staining on the caulking. And maybe a good scrub with a magic eraser would help for the floor. I just don’t want to feel like I need to wear shower shoes in a hotel. We are a touring band from LA on the road coming from Austin, TX, and stayed at the Home2 Suites in Waco, Texas. Parking was easy and safe. The large rooms were perfect, especially with the addition of the pullout bed and kitchenette. The beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. I am iced and snowed in 2 days longer than I planned but I would not want to be stalled anywhere but this Home2 Suites location. The entire staff is amazing and went the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer experience! The rooms are perfect!

I stayed here for just under 5 Months for work. The housekeeper Carol And the receptionist Karen made me feel so at home and were there any time I needed anything. Going above and beyond compared to most hotels. If I find myself in Waco again, I’ll definitely be booking here.

Positive: The location Negative: The hotel is old and outdated, photos do jot represent the actual location. The room was also dirty when we arrived. There were stains on carpet and hair in the beds.
