The lady that works at night is very unprofessional. The first night I came (Jan 15th maybe half hour before midnight after coming in from out of state), I came to check in and waited over 5 minutes for somebody to show up, “yelled” hello a couple times. My husband was parked in the loading zone waiting for me when a dark red Honda swung around into it and honked at him to move. We were on the phone with each other at the time as I was updating him that nobody was there. Turns out it was front desk who wanted to park in the loading zone that made my husband move. (She did the same thing and parked there every night I stayed. Both pictures are 3 days apart) She walked in loudly on the phone, no greeting, and just asked me for my name. First, the hotel was not in a good location. The sign outside says it all. Park at your own risk. If we have stayed in Summerville (nicer area) you wouldn't see signs like this. You see signs that say report crime and that police are checking around the hotels and that they are being monitored. So we entered the hotel and the gym was right next to the entrance door. As we entered, we were greeted by two girls booty dancing and basically wearing very provocative outfits. It was very unpleasant for us and our kids to see. When I went to check-in the reception lady told me that I had to pay $300 for a deposit. $50 per day that eventually we would get back. I had the pleasure of staying here from September to the end of January for work purposes. Suzanne and Sharonda zeroed my balances every week without hesitation; they provided recommendations for eatery’s.they were very personable and accommodating. Alize is a pleasure always ensuring breakfast was always hot, fresh & plentiful. They’re accommodating and courteous. I had the pleasure of having Karen leading her team to a fresh room every time and Nick was very helpful.

I typically love Hilton hotels; I've been building my points through my business trips and haven't had any issues until this place. I checked in on a Sunday and right off the start I walked into a weird smelling room and noticed a half empty plastic bottle of water next to the tv, and a dead roach laying on my toilet and another dead one under the sink. I normally don't like making a fuss, so I dropped the roach into the toilet, threw out the water bottle, and went to unpack for my week stay, only to find loose hair everywhere from the guest before me and did not want to put my clothing in the dresser that clearly hadn't been cleaned if it had a stranger's hair in it.
