To say the staff was friendly would be an understatement. They were Fantastic! We had three rooms as we were in Hilton Head for a funeral. The staff was Amazing. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality!

We are loyal Hilton guests and I generally have positive experiences at Home2Suites. I don’t normally write reviews but felt it was important to let others know about pets at this hotel. Although the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, there was a distinct pet smell throughout the hotel. Our room had an odor which at first we could not identify but as we slept the smell became more intense. After showering in the morning the room smelled like a wet dog. The hallways also were overpowering dog smells. I am not a dog owner because I have allergies (but generally like dogs). For our future knowledge and visits we inquired as to whether the hotel designated certain rooms for pets or at the very least if they kept some rooms pet free. The answer is no - every room is a pet friendly room

As a Hilton Gold member who stays at many Hilton brand hotels I suggest you go somewhere else and do not consider this place. The front desk check-in are beyond terrible. They don't greet you, don't want to be bothered and it's clear they are only interested in taking care of their "friends" I called in the day before and said I was on Island and would arriving early. I used my honors app to select my room from the options provided. When I arrived she was rude said check in is at 3. I explained I know that and spoke to someone already as I was on island and had some refrigerated items and figured they could prioritize a room since I was now here. She didn't care and then proceeded to tell me the room I selected from the app was given to someone else. I selected top floor to avoid n

Positive: "" Negative: It was dirty and the room smelled like a dog. The elevator smelled nasty. It was definitely not the typical Hilton. The hot breakfast was only a waffle and some bread items. I was so disappointed with this hotel.

Home2 Suites was the perfect location for this weekend. Three speakers from various places of SC met here overnight and in the morning before a workshop where we were presenting. Two of us shared a room. There was plenty if space and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect before we headed out for a busy day. I personally appreciated a dedicated smoking area. Staff was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. I will stay here again if I have a need for business in Hilton Head.
