Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff

Did not stay long at the Home 2 suites in Flagstaff. The rooms were clean and slept 6 comfortably. The breakfast was great and our family really enjoyed the hockey game and foosball. Location was perfect for us this was our mid stop before heading to the Grand Canyon.

I had the best customer service experience in a long time at this Hilton property . There was a sticky mixup at check-in and when I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk Kayla and she involved the manager Taylor, my issue was quickly resolved. They were patient and very gracious. Hilton corporate should be very proud that they have such exceptional and dedicated people representing them. As an aside, this property is a gem. My room was clean, modern and well appointed .

The Hilton Home2 and Tru hotel is one building separated by the check in desk. This hotel is brand new. It is very clean and comfortable with a lot of seating area in the lobby. I love the outdoor seating area in front of the hotel with the fire pit. The gym has everything treads, bikes, rower, free weights, pulley system and TRX straps. The breakfast was excellent with free pancakes, waffles, fruit, potato hash, fried eggs and fried chicken strips. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. When booking, ask for rooms at the front of the building, away from the busy freeway.

Hotel is great for the most part, the lobby is spacious and the courtyard is another nice hangout spot. Loved that it’s definitely a family friendly hotel. Breakfast is extremely overwhelming since it’s two hotels in one. It gets crowded. The pool area is also small with limited seating and for it being an indoor pool the water does still get cold.

Nice, new hotel in a good location and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was chaotic — by 8am everything was gone and there were not enough staff to restock. The room was not properly cleaned. We found leftover underwear from a previous guest, which is unacceptable. Parking costs $7 per night, which does not make sense for this location since everyone has to drive to get here.
