Home2 Suites by Hilton Durham Chapel Hill

Good hotel, and reasonably priced for a multi-night stay. The room has a kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware/dishes, and sink with disposal. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, even on the 4th floor. Room was clean, and breakfast was good. I liked the round eggs and oatmeal. Staff was helpful. One of the two treadmills didn't go above 1mph, but if you like a good incline and walking backwards, it wasn't too bad.

The staff at this hotel was great! Michelle, Danielle, Megan, and Jo’Heima helped me work through a billing issue as well as a room issue. They were always smiling and happy to help me. I can’t say enough about them, so come spent some time here and enjoy their company. Really enjoyed my stay here. Rick Greenville, NC

Contrary to the other recent negative reviews, we had a good experience at this Home2 Suites. We booked 2 rooms, and other than the fact the front desk agent had trouble finding them (maybe due to our fault for checking in online?), things were very good. The room was in good condition and the breakfast was above average. Some things need a refresh (paint chips in places, etc.), but overall not bad at all. We will definitely return.

Positive: Everything was clean and modern. Rooms were nicely laid out and beds were comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. Negative: There was a large gap under the door to our room which not only let in a lot of light but also noise. We ended up putting a towel in front to minimize any issues.

This was an excellent experience! The room was large and had a full kitchen. The bedding was very comfortable... I've stayed at many high end resorts that weren't even close to the comfort of this bed and sheets. To top it off breakfast was included and delicious! They offered everything you could possibly want. They offered a med-stay discount that was very reasonable as well! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
