Not a Hilton hotel that is up to Hilton standards!! There was dog feses in the carpet in front of the door to my room and I had to walk around it to get in the room. I notified the front desk clerk about it and was told that it would be taken care of but it remained the entire time of my stay. Disgusting!! Housekeeping needs to be educated on the standards of Hilton!! I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had never had an issue. Housekeeping had always done a great job with the cleaniness of the hotel. It seems like they have a whole new crew of staff members since my last several stays and I must say they need to be trained on how to clean!! I will not be staying at this hotel again!!

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the comfortable rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was perfect. I booked online through my Hilton honors app and I requested an accessible room. Upon arrival I found out that the room was not available, which was not a big deal because I had my Support animal with me if something were to happen. I cannot remember the young lady’s name that checked me in, but she was so friendly and so understanding and she quickly found a different room to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dothan Alabama.

We got to the hotel and we did not have any hot water in our room, so the hotel switched our room saying it was just a problem with the one room, when in fact the entire hotel did not have any hot water. So we all had to take showers in ice cold water. They did not offer us a refund where we could go and stay in another hotel either. It was pretty much sorry, but oh, well. The hotel was really nice and clean, but people go to a hotel for a place to sleep and shower when traveling. Paying a $169 and then having to take ice cold showers is completely unacceptable! And they fact that they knew they had a problem with their hot water and did nothing to attempt to remedy that until the next day after everyone checked out is even more unacceptable. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel in the last 3 years. We would definitely stay here again next year passing through. The room was very clean. The only issue we had was the door on the shower was off the track, so we weren't able to use it. it was 9:30 pm when we noticed and didn't request a different room, although I'm sure they would have given us one. We did tell the evening staff and she was going to let maintenance know. The hotel has a new manager (who we also told in the morning at checkout) who is very eager to get any problems fixed. Check In was great. Staff was also great. The breakfast hostess was kind and offered to send food with us. The have the best yogurt ever, omelets, waffles, and oatmeal bar with quite a few toppings.

Really disappointed in my recent stay. I went home to visit my family for the Thanksgiving holiday and when I walked into the room, I noticed the handle on the inside of the door was hanging down. The door would not close or lock. I reported it to the front desk agent and she moved me to another room. When I walked into that room, I tried turning on the lights near the door and both bulbs were blown. After being in the room a little while longer, I noticed the kitchenette was missing a few essentials, the hand towels had long, brown strings of hair on them, there were no laundry bags, the toilet seat was broken, and the top sheet of one of the beds had visible stains on it.
