Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly & got me checked in quickly and answered any questions I had. Overall the lobby and property looked very nice & clean. The room was amazing! AC worked great, room was very clean, the whole room & bathroom was huge & clean, and the bed was very comfy. Definitely a hidden gem in this town to be as budget friendly & nice as it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay I suggest giving them a visit!

Positive: Nothing Negative: They advertised everywhere including their own web page they accepted pets. No where did they say there was a weight limit. We were one of three who they refused to honor our reservations because they had a max weight of 30 lbs. T

The room was decent but the bathroom was disgusting. Hair all over the sink & toilet. Mold, mildew & dirt around the tub. A ring of dirt inside of the tub. Last but not just ROACHES by the mirror! (I have pics) We were simply allowed to shower in another room & told we would be given additional points (which I never received). Staff was polite however I feel like things definitely should have been better addressed by management. Do better!

Place needs maintenance and management. Room had mold, shower curtain rod dangerous. Management allowed a German Shepard in dining room. Couple said it was a Service Dog no tag.|We were in first floor people above stomped around half night.

We booked this hotel because it had a double queen with pull out sofa and was advertised as pet friendly. We arrived and learned they only have first floor pet friendly rooms and all they had left was a room with one king bed. We were forced to buy a second room, which had urine in the shower. At breakfast our small dogs were at the very edge of the dining room sitting right next to us bothering nobody, and the server glared at us for several minutes before going to get a marker to write on the breakfast sign “NO PETS PLEASE!!” multiple times right in front of us. Between the urine in the room we were forced to purchase due to unclear pet policies, the overall uncleanliness, and the rude breakfast staff, we felt completely unwelcome and were very disappointed in our stay.
