My sister and I had to stay here do to a major snow storm. Our experience from beginning to end was extremely pleasant. The lady running the complimentary breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. I informed her that I had a gluten allergy not only did she pull up an app on her phone and go over all the ingredients in everything that was on the menu with me but she also took it upon herself to cook eggs and sausage for me that were not cross contaminated with the items that contained gluten. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was fine, staff is good, location is great… but we gotta stop letting these hotels call “breakfast” whatever that is that they’re serving. Come on. That’s not food. Don’t you have a kitchen? Cook something real. My fault for staying at a Home2 Suites I guess.

This is a relatively new hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, desk with rolling chair, and couch. The breakfast was hot and good. I had the folded cheese egg, potatoes, sausage, and oatmeal. All were good as was the coffee. The bed was comfy and room dark enough. I always travel with ear plugs so things were quiet for me. The staff person who checked me in was friendly and helpful. I didn't have a reservation - this was a last-minute stop to get some sleep. This hotel exceeded in helping me accomplish that. I highly recommend.

Positive: Everything - convenience, set up, weekday price (weekend not so much), snack and breakfast availability, staff! Negative: Tho the room was very clean, small details like no hand soap (replaced when request3ed) and three tissues with no replacement when requested were downers. But I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The room itself was okay - the energy thing about the lights makes sense but dumb. What I cannot say enough about is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Laurie especially went over and above in helping us switch our room from the 3rd floor to a ground floor room just to accommodate our elderly pet with mobility issues. The care and concern everyone showed for him was amazing and definitely puts this hotel at the top of my "pet friendly" list.
