Hampton Inn Franklin/Milford

I stay at alot of hotels because I travel for work. This is a very nice hotel. Staff were always friendly. The lady that cooked the breakfast was very nice. The room was very spacious. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Only issue I had was the outdated tv. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.

I was pretty impressed with this place for a mid-price hotel. It had been years since I stayed in a Hampton, and was apprehensive about staying in one again, but this one had much better reviews than all the other hotels in the area, so we gave it a shot. Stayed for 6 nights. Overall it was very good. Definitely impressed with how clean it was. Looked like the room had recently been remodeled. The bathroom certainly looked new. The shower had sliding glass doors and a low threshold. Unfortunately, it did leak water onto the floor no matter how we arranged the doors or aimed the shower head. Water pressure was excellent. One way the room deviated from being very clean overall was the toilet. It had a noticeable urine odor from the minute we checked in. This did improve after we aske

Nice and clean. The room looked totally new. The bathroom and shower were wide and spacious. The room was large enough for a study desk a couch and a king size bed without feeling squeezed in. There was a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. Breakfast was ok. As usual. Don’t expect too much. Michael at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Service was really nice and responsive. The rooms are outdated and dirty. We asked to have the room cleaned, which they obliged, but did not make a big difference. There were random splatters on the wall, rust in bathroom, and the room just needed a deep cleaning (room 333). The woman at breakfast was so lovely and helpful and everyone at the front desk was nice and friendly, but the rooms could use a good cleaning.

Positive: Room was clean and loaded with enough towels for everyone. Close to shopping and Dean College. Negative: The only meat at breakfast was sausage. I don't like sausage. It would have been nice to have bacon and potatoes.
