Home2 Suites by Hilton Baton Rouge

We stayed here a week and will come again when visiting Baton Rouge. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable beds. |The fitness center was great and we made use of it! |The lobby was clean, comfortable and the front desk always nice and welcoming, especially Bobby. |Breakfasts were great and had good food.

Location is great and staff is friendly. However, not sure how long construction is lasting and there was no warning when we arrived. I’m sure it’ll be fine months ahead but I do not like being woken up with loud construction at 6:30am-7ish pm. It’s all day.. they start early.. there is no such thing as sleeping in. The rooms are nice and spacious but I do not recommend staying here if you’re coming in the next week or two. I wish the hours of construction would change to a more decent time. 9-5 would be great but not 6 in the morning. If you have kids like I do skip this one. Great location though. I’d give more stars if the construction wasn’t so intense.

The location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.

Our stay at Home2Suites was truly exceptional from start to finish. Before we even checked in, Kristin and Chermaine went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Their warm welcome upon arrival set the tone for a wonderful stay. Throughout our visit, the General Manager, Lasandra, also provided outstanding customer care. She was attentive, supportive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, creating an atmosphere that felt both comfortable and welcoming. Because of their exceptional service, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Great hotel stay until breakfast time. The young man smelled strongly of weed and you could clearly tell he was high. Hard to explain to my kids what was wrong with him, when all the guest could tell and smell. Everything was great except for this.
