We needed to stay close to the VA Hospital for several months, and regular hotels were getting very expensive, so this extended stay property was an excellent option. The spaces are essentially apartments, 1/1 2/2 & studios. There's a large pool & patio area that are well maintained. It's an older property, but you consistently see maintenance and groundskeepers performing repairs and janitorial functions. The Head of Maintenance Matthew was especially professional, courteous and helpful when I needed the a/c repaired. You can pay by the day, week, or month which can be convenient for some people's situations.

DONT STAY HERE||||UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES,A CURFEW NASTY FURNITURE. ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING. FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE PRISON GUARDS. If you come into the parking lot after 10 pm you will be accosted by a security guard demanding id and to know what your business is on the property. I saw them evict a homeless lady for paying her rent 20 minutes late. The police and constables come in in droves to throw people out. I saw a young mom with a baby on each hip , 2 little ones with her they had the father on the ground in handcuffs. ( they were throwing them out because the husband had a flat and his rent was 3 hours late.) THIS IS NOT A VACATION SPOT!!!! YOU CANT GRILL OUTSIDE THEY HAVE NO BATHROOMS NEAR THE POOL !!!!!!! ( SOOOOO GROSS) THEY HAVE FACILITIES BUT THE CUSTOMERS CANNOT USE THEM|

From day one the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Staff handles things at a professional level and have been friendly. Its come along way from what it used to be and I recommend home suites if your looking for extended stay. So thank you to the staff for making it a better and safer place to be...

I think this place is amazing. The pricing is great as well with what you get. It’s like a mini house. The receptionist, Araceli, is amazing and professional. She really need a raise with all of the multitasking that she does. Araceli’s customer’s service was very helpful and informative.

Alec, Javier, Joseph and of course Melvin make this place extremely safe and comfortable. The rooms are great and the service is even better. Just follow the rules and you will enjoy it! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly highly highly recommend! Very clean and safe spot close to everything you need!
