Well for a low budget motel, it is. For an overnight stay, maybe. For a long term stay, definitely not!! At first staff was ok. If you liked nearly 70 year old man, a way overweight, shirtless guy as your maintenance people. Then come and stay a while. Also the staff lives on site, with there family as well. Stayed there for 8 months to get back on our feet. Good luck with the internet. There's no wifi. Couldn't go swimming, no water! Wouldn't want to anyway. Be prepared for the smell of pot in your room after you have been out. And when you are in for the night, so are the creepy crawlies that want to visit you while you're sleeping. A budget place to live when you are between moving. This is not a place to stay if you are on vacation! This is a place to live when you are on a budget and are waiting to move, and don't mind some mold and mildew (don't ever get in the pool). If you live here you should have your own bed sheets, pillows, towels, everything! Courteous and friendly workers help make your stay better.

No amenities. Nice bed and TV. That's it. Black mold in bathroom, ac filter hasn't been cleaned, no internet, shady ppl around the hotel, barely working refrigerator. Can't call front office ever, and they don't care about the renters. $900/all inclusive but roaches everywhere. Be prepared before you come here in advance. If you got allergy issues, it'll be worse when you stay here if you don't deep clean and sanitize the room.

Bed bugs got there blood on bed roaches everywhere i paid 800 got 600 back after I left next day of check-in I don't think that was right the place was not cleaned at all bed cover was stained with blood also just disgusting. I should've got my money completely back after all this .

Drove through the parking lot to turn around and in the process got a flat tire due to a large deep pothole in there parking lot. When talking to an employee he gave me the hotel number and said no other hotel guest has an issue and drives around it. I was'nt staying there. When I suggested a road cone (the very thing blocking the doors) he says that people move them. Edit october 10,2022: called them asking to speak with the owner of the hotel. Some chinese lady answered the phone , i asked for the owner and she said the owner wasn't here and that she was the manager. Tells me there is noting she can do and that the owner is planning to fix it. Then some man jumps on with the name of jose saying its not there fault but the cities. The pot hole is in YOUR PARKING LOT, IN YOUR HOTEL. The
