Home Place Inn Spring I-45 North and 1960

It’s not luxury so I don’t want to sound misleading but location safety and service was A1 perfection. This location is camera heavy which is a major plus and the rooms are clean with excellent quality and pricing. I would stay again.

It was clean and didn't seem like in a bad area, and for the price is was a good deal

Very clean & quiet. The rooms are nice Rooms have a microwave & fridge .. but if you want to make the fridge stay cool, you'll need to pull it away from the back of the cabinet so that it's coils get airflow. The front desk and cleaning ladies are all very friendly. Location doesn't look much, but I've been here over a week and not seen any trouble nearby, or anyone suspicious.

Quiet and clean surroundings. Spacious parking lot. The guys at the front desk are attentive. Although "Smoking" rooms are available here, the room had no residual smoky or odd odors as many hotels/motels do. Waffles and juices were tasty, however, the milk had run out on my first morning and on the 2nd, the milk's expiration date was dated the same day it was put in the refrigerator.

Rooms are cleaner than I expected. The gentleman in the front is all about business. I can tell he plays NO GAMES. He was cool and with all the surveillance, I felt more safe than I did down the road. I usually have anxiety with the exterior door but it was ok. We booked late at night so a smoking room was all that was available but the bed was clean and comfy.
