Holston House Nashville - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Amazing 3 night stay here. Greeted at the door and our luggage carried up the stairs. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and a nice large bathroom with a separate toilet cubical. This hotel is literally a 5minute walk from broadway, perfect location. Every evening we enjoyed the managers drinks in the lobby where you get a cocktail and a chance to chat to staff and other guests which picking a record to play. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice and had many interesting characteristics preserved from its original foundation, which gave it a lot of charm and personality. The lobby was beautiful and included both a breakfast establishment and a bar, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. They also host a cocktail hour with complimentary drinks during a specific time, which was a wonderful added perk. The location was perfect and close to Broadway. The rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side, but nicely maintained. Overall, it was a nice stay, especially if you appreciate historic details and unique character.

Good location away from Broadway but close enough to get to the actuon. Style was great. Bed was great. Breakfast was not included and we only ate once in the Tens restaurant but it was quite pricey so didnt do that again. Pleasant as it was. Bar drinks were good as were the bar staff. 4pm cocktail hour with vinyl playing was a cute touch along with the recipe card for the cocktail of the night. Overall cute hotel that I would recommend.

Positive: My husband and I were coming to Nashville for a Predators game and this hotel is in the perfect location! It is right around the corner from the stadium so it was a very quiet stay, but we felt safe walking around the area and easily got to food options! Negative: ""

Holston House is such a gem in downtown Nashville. From the moment you walk in, the art deco design and stylish atmosphere immediately set the tone — it feels unique, vibrant, and full of character without trying too hard. The location truly can’t be beat. It’s just steps from Broadway and all the live music, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful retreat when you’re ready to unwind. It’s the perfect balance of energy and comfort. Tori at the front desk was amazing, I had a few booking issues and she helped figure it out in no time. The breakfast was AMAZING here! Loved being able to walk to Broadway!
