Holliday Outt RV Park 55 Plus

My wife and I stayed here semi long term while we prepared to purchase property. 2 years, We could'nt have had a better experience. The grounds keeper works hard to keep things nice, shes awesome. The owner is very kind and honest. Grass is always mowed, the utilities are keep up. If theres ever an issue, it is promptly addressed. If youre looking for a great little community for a week or long term, this is the place to be! I highly recommend.

Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t as expected. The park itself wasn’t bad but the site I was given was. I came in at night so I didn’t see the hookup conditions. I left the following week when I had time. I asked for a pro rated refund since I was there for only a week instead of the month. Refund was refused since the hook ups worked after they dug out the sewer line. She said I could move to the other site, which was in a little better condition. If I have to pack everything and move to a site that is safe to use, I’d just assume leave. Why stick me in a site that isn’t ready. It’s not good business. Here’s the site pictures, make your own judgement. And have a long hose and sewer line btw. Hookups are way in the rear. Maybe I just expected too much.

Staff really friendly - area needed some upgrades, next to a pond and heavy trees, high grass so beware of snakes, possums critters in general

So, I've just moved here about 3 weeks ago or so and I absolutely love it!! It's quiet, has trees (which was a requirement when it came to deciding where to park my motorhome), and I love hearing one of my neighbors animals of a morning and petting their miniature pony as well, that makes it a perfect place for me. It has a feel of country living with the conveniences of city living. The landlord is mindful of the property and your privacy, and she is one of the nicest I've ever had. I highly recommend this park..........but only if you are also mindful of the property and privacy of your neighbors! 😁👍
