Holiday Inn & Suites Oklahoma City North by IHG

Double queen room was large enough to house my family overnight while traveling. Check in was easy front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The fan in our bathroom wasn't working so he humidity was not being drawn out of the bathroom During a shower. The rooms were clean the linen's clean. We didn't use it, but the pool was open.

I needed a place to stay close to a hospital for surgery. Being from out of town and past experiences, Holliday Inns usually do ok for one step up from the hotels working people don't want to stay in. Check in manager had an attitude with costume diamonds glued above her eyebrows. I stayed in room 105. Great, no stairs- wrong. They have a bar/ restaurant right outside that got noisy with all of th county contract construction workers and adults on their first business trip acting like they were the bees knees talking louder the more they drank. Really? If this hotel put anywhere in the description they are trying to capture some of the local night life, I would have paid 10 to 20 more or 30 less and stayed where adults appreciate privacy and quite. I had to call the front desk around 12:

Positive: The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and good products were provided. The bar, restaurants and reception were friendly and good service. Negative: The air flow from the air-conditioning was not clean, the second suites cupboard was full of junk we could not use it for clothes. The carpets in the rooms could do with shampoo. Of the 2 rooms we took for 2 days, only 1 room was cleaned.

Not a great stay. Parking did not feel safe very dark. Our room you could here utility noises plumbing etc. All night. Toilet did not work . Beds were hard. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Horrible, the front desk person wasn't at her post maintenance man stated where she was. When I knocked on office door. Her response was I am very busy right now you will have to wait. Well the way she responded said everything. I'm busy! She finally came out of office 16 minutes later. I'm hot now, she proceeds to charge my card for room and I asked her could she speed up a little. Then she canceled my rooms and told me to leave. They clearly don't want my business. Will write a letter to cooperate. DO NOT STAY HERE THAT GIRL AT COUNTER IS EVIL!!!!
