Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown - Broadway by IHG

I truly don’t have enough words for how incredible this hotel and its staff are. This was more than just a place to stay — it was a place of comfort, kindness, and safety during one of the most stressful times I’ve experienced. I was displaced because of the ice storm and arrived under horrible conditions, exhausted and overwhelmed. From the very first moment, Dylan Roberts and his entire team treated me with such compassion and care that I immediately felt at ease. A million thank-yous will never be enough for what they did. Restaurant & Kitchen: Mike and Quinn were unbelievably busy, yet they never stopped smiling or making guests feel welcome. This was a nice hotel in a decent location; however, I was very unhappy with the hidden charges that were not disclosed but were charged to my card later. We stayed for one night on a prepaid reservation. We knew we'd have to pay the outrageous parking charge of $57 (after tax). After checking out, our card was charged $22.05, for which we had no idea what it was since we didn't purchase anything while there, and the hotel did not provide any kind of receipt via email after checking out. After investigating, we discovered it was a "service fee" that covers absolutely NOTHING! This was not disclosed at all in the reservation booking or at check-in at all. I feel very deceived and will be very cautious in staying here or any other IHG Holiday Inn in the future. ||The hotel itself was in a go

Positive: Location!! The walking distance to the music row. Negative: When we booking it said free on site parking, once we arrived we have to pay an additional $58 that was not expected. Then once we went up to room it was occupied. Like unmade bed, dirty towels on floor, & others belongings. 2nd room had no AC and 3rd

We went to a preds game this week and decided to use the holiday inn for parking. WHAT a great idea! Right when we pulled in we were greeted by John the valet. And holy cow did he go above and beyond. There were 2 of us in the group and he made sure to walk the older couple through the self parking option. And helped us with our car in valet. We had dinner they stayed for the game. John had our car running and ready before we even walked up. It nice to see folks take the time these days! A++ job John!!

We had a great experience during our girls trip in December 2025. Hervie gave us the warmest welcome and shared tips on places to go to. He was eager to make our stay as confías possible and he succeeded. Cindy made some amazing lemon drop martinis with fresh squeezed lemons. Jason drove us to and from Broadway and was pleasant and friendly. He was quite funny and we enjoyed the free shuttle ride. The hotel is conveniently located and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it for your stay in Nashville!
