Holiday Inn & Suites Idaho Falls

Be forewarned that this hotel has only 2 King 1 bedroom suites. That is what we reserved and when we got there we were told that one was already taken and one was out of order. Due to the quick thinking of the manager we were able to be accommodated, not in the room we reserved, but she found a solution to the situation. It is on the outskirts of Idaho Falls, so it's a short drive to the local restaurants. There is a restaurant on site, but you need vouchers to eat breakfast for free. The service is good, but the prices are higher than other places if you had to pay for it. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Front desk people were very helpful and all in all, I'd recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was really good! Very clean and had everything with a really good location for what we wanted to do. I would absolutely stay here again! 24 hour pool and hot tube was great and room was quiet and comfortable beds. They only have complementary coffee in the am as they do have an on site restaurant. Really nice hotel and great common areas inside and out! 100%

After a grueling 12-hour drive, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn in Idaho Falls at 4:40 PM, eager to finally rest. The advertised check-in time is 3:00 PM, so we expected our room to be ready. Unfortunately, the front desk informed us that the room was still not available. ​The delay was incredibly frustrating, especially given our exhaustion. We were told to wait and reluctantly sat in the parking lot. After 15 minutes, we checked back, only to find the cleaning staff was still in the room. This forced us to wait again, awkwardly, in the hallway. When you arrive over an hour and a half past the guaranteed check-in time, a tired traveler expects the room to be ready immediately, not a prolonged wait in multiple locations. Great hotel for a overnight stay! Check in was simple and front desk was super friendly! Their in hotel restaurant Burger Theory was delicious and reasonably priced, something for the whole family! Will definitely stay again if I'm ever that way and will recommend to friend and family.
