Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Idaho Falls at the Mall

We stayed here for 1 night. The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. We had their breakfast the following day and they had all sorts of options from bagels to cheese omelettes. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been if the bathroom had a fan.

Positive: "" Negative: We didn’t sleep all night because a dog was barking nonstop in the neighboring room, and children were running around in the room above us. I called the front desk four times,but by 3 a.m. we still couldn’t fall asleep. The front desk staff did nothing.

Positive: Friendly and accommodating staff. Varied options for breakfast each day. Clean rooms, beds made each day, clean towels prices daily. Negative: ""

Positive: "" Negative: The walls let to much noise in. We could her our neighbors yelling until late. Some of the talking sounded as if they were in our room. Highway noise was fairly loud also.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Person who checked us in was not helpful.WiFi only worked once in a whileHandicapped room was on 3rd floor and on the farthest you could get from front desk, not good for a 80 year old man.AC was very noisyStaff needs a lot of training.
