Garner Hotel Idaho Falls Southwest by IHG

Great place to stay. I stayed here for 3 days and had a good experience. Spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. A gas station across the street as well. Breakfast is free and served from 0600 - 0900. The selection isn't as varied as some other places, but it's delicious and fresh. Rooms are comfy and packed with anything you might need. The walls are a bit on the thin side, as I did hear some snoring and doors slamming in the hallway. Nothing too disruptive though. The staff are incredibly friendly and the place is clean. Definitely worth a look if you need a good hotel to stay at. Take this as you will: the entire building is smoke-free. There are ashtrays and places to do so, just not inside.

We had an issue with the room (as a cleaning issue )was needed to be attended to so put us in a different room. When we get feed back I will write a new review. |and give it 5 stars. However to be fair this is a nice hotel with a 5 star staff and because of my issue I still will be back and recommend. I realize things can be missed.

We called before check in to see if we could have a wheel chair accessible room as our son had just had an accident. They were so nice and told us we could check in early if we would like. We had a lovely 2 night stay. We checked with the front desk if we could possibly have a little bit of a late checkout as our son was not feeling well. No problem- once again they obliged. Have already recommended this awesome hotel to lots of friends.

Even though it's a cheap hotel, it's brand new and the staff are awesome. It's right off the freeway and not to far from food! Bed is comfy and the rooms are clean. Couldn't ask for more.

Positive: The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were large. Either the hotel was new or newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Negative: The walls were thin and a couple of people talking very loudly and laughing between 2 and 3 am woke me up at least twice. My room was also right by the elevator, and I was concerned that the security bolt on the door did not latch.
