Best Western Driftwood Inn

Great place to stay. When you pull up you can tell that the building is older and been there awhile. But it was remarkably wonderful in the lobby. All remodeled. Super retro and cool. Homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived at 3pm to check in. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was just as retro and quaint. Very homey. Refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was great, both days homemade sausage gravy and biscuits. Homemade banana bread. And an omelet bar. Staff there also very friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful as it Is across from the Snake River and falls. There is a nice paved trail that we got a 4 mile walk on.

Positive: The staff were incredibly kind and professional. Made to order omelets and lots of choices for breakfast. We needed to stay an extra night as my husband wasn't feeling well. Hotel employee worked fast to make sure we had another clean room to move to. Negative: ""

We were very pleased with our stay at this BW. Great central location and the river views were beautiful. The room was clean with fresh towels and linens. The lamp was on and the heater turned up to welcome us in the cold evening when we arrived. Very good buffett breakfast with made to order omelets and homemade banana bread. The friendly staff was the icing on the cake. It's obvious they payed attention to the details. We would recommend if you need a place to stay when visiting Idaho Falls!

Absolutely incredible! Beautiful room and great location. Had my dog with me and they had a goodie bag for her. Best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Everything tasted fresh. They have a omelet station, but I went with biscuits and gravy. Will absolutely go back!

Our experience with this Best Western was all positive. From the greeting at check-in with a home made chocolate chip cookie, to the room, breakfast the next morning, all of it was great! Noise level was non-existant!|Located across the street from the riverwalk, with several options for food nearby, it is a perfect location for a stop in during a long trip.|Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot, internet was strong. You definitely won't go wrong with their breakfast options. The omelet bar was a pleasant surprise and so good! Plentiful and very tasty. The home made touches on the food is perfect! (Fresh chocolate chip cookies at check-in, Freshly made banana bread at breakfast)
