Hampton Inn Idaho Falls/Airport

This place was great, price, accommodation options, staff, amenities, I was truly impressed! Flight crew stay here so that speaks volumes to me as they aren't going to stay in a place that doesn't meet standards. My room was clean, big, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was a nice selection and stocked even when arriving 45mins before they shut it down for the day. You can order food and grocery delivery to your room 24/7 and the driver's are super respectful of you and the other guests and even at 1am are quiet but quick with delivery. I have to go to Idaho Falls often to manage my father's care so this will be where I stay for now on, they have airport transportation (included) till midnight which is also a bonus!

This is a older property but extremely well maintained. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The room although dated was spacious and well maintained and had a nice feeling to it. The breakfast was above average. Perfect location close to restaurants, downtown and the Falls all walkable from the hotel. What makes this property standout is how well managed it is. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in years, everyone I encountered was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive: Nice large room. Breakfast was convenient. Poole and hot tub. Negative: Although breakfast was convenient, its quality was pretty low. Egg dishes and meat (bacon and sausage) were lowest possible quality.

In the past month we have stayed here a few times, and the bathrooms were dirty with spit, urine, and hair. The last time, a king size bed had queen size bedding on it so there wasn't much covers on either side. The mirror and floor weren't very clean either. Dust everywhere, not enough towels in the bathroom, and the conditioner bottle empty.

Ashley went out of her way to ensure my stay was satisfactory. The room only has two towels and the pillows were flat. Ashley went above and beyond to get extra towels and new pillows. I would definitely recommend based on the impressive staff.
