****STINGY WITH TOWELS***** So i will say majority of my stay was wonderful! The breakfast was an absolute treat, LOTS of options! The service was wonderful and the rooms were clean....except on our last day... we were trying to go to the pool early before check out (9 when it opens) I texted the number provided to ask if they had towels in the pool area or if we had to bring our own (just wanna be prepared because I have 3 kids under 7) turns out they didnt. When i called for front desk to let them know we didnt have towels, the guy (who was so kind) went to check but ultimately told me that apparently housekeeping didnt have any towels....not a single towel they would give me (HIGHLY doubt it but whatever) so he handed us 2 hand towels (which i asked for because at this point anything w

Great location, clean rooms, great breakfast and service was very nice! I was here for business and would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful hotel. 99% clean to my standards. Horrible restaurant. We paid for breakfast vouchers and were informed it was open until 11 on the weekends. We came down at 10 and the chef takes our vouchers and then tells us they are closing up early and we can pick at whatever is left. When we mention a refund, he looks at the bar and says there's enough for us left. While attempting to scratch up some of the food that was "left over", the staff was standing all though the small area.The rest of breakfast we spent listening to the kitchen staff stand in the buffet area and complain about how bad their job is, talking loudly across the small area. We arrived late for business, around 11pm, for a one night stay. Very nice lobby. Staff were moderately friendly. Originally, we were told breakfast was not included because of our rate. Thankfully another employee offered us some vouchers by mistake. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Kuerig and coffee in the room. No shampoo! Neither my nor my co-workers room had shampoo! Only face soap and conditioner! Hot breakfast offered with pretty good variety. Coffee was mediocre. Day time staff very friendly. Overall, a good place to stay with a head scratcher here and there.

Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. Very pleased with my king sized bed. Would also recommend the breakfast. Even though renovations are being made, I know I will be back in the future. Thank you so much for yourhard work to make this hotel a 8 star rating to me and my family.
