Holiday Inn San Antonio Seaworld by IHG

My son and I had dinner at the Grill while I was in town visiting on 1/29. Millia provided wonderful service and so did the kitchen staff who made our dinners. Millia made sure our drinks were filled and always had a friendly face when she came to check in on us. She was very attentive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The dinner was great. Highly recommend the Philly Cheeseburger and fried pickles. Both were delicious. Thank you for a great experience and allowing a mother and son to catch up.

Positive: The large bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was also very good and worth the extra money. Negative: In the bathroom you should have a hanger or something for the towels closer to the shower. A guide of how to use the tv would be nice. It was a little confusing and never did figure out the guide as it wasn't corrolating with the channels.

Nice place. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in there. Luckily we had some extra vent air fresheners from our car so that helped. The restaurant is ok. Dinner order took forever but the waitress was nice. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice spread of food. Something for everyone.

The staff was amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was super professional and nice. The breakfast was good and I liked that it was open until descent hours. Good parking spots. The beds were sooooo comfortable. It was quiet too so we could get a good nights sleep. The entire hotel was super clean. Even the parking lot was spotless. We had a minor maintenance issue and the attendant who came to fix it came up super quickly. 10/10 experience. Would definitely return in the future.

The locations is perfect for Seaworld. We even took their shuttle service and had a very pleasant. We used the shuttle back and forth twice in a single day. Saves on parking and drop off is right at the entrance. The breakfast is great with made to order eggs. Was so delighted with the two day stay, generously tipped both the shuttle driver and restaurant staff. Rooms are a bit unclean and AC in the room didn't work even at 68°F.
